At Bonsai World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your membership. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances you may be entitled to a refund of your membership fee.
Summary: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your physical card has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your membership purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@membership.bonsaiworld.org with your name, email address, and order reference.
Please note: if your physical Membership Card has already been produced and dispatched at the time of your withdrawal request, we may deduct the cost of production and shipping from your refund.

If your membership renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any membership benefits during the new period. Please contact us promptly at info@membership.bonsaiworld.org.
