Your Bonsai World Membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically each year. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your membership and what happens when you do.
To cancel: email us at info@membership.bonsaiworld.org at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership period. This means:
To avoid automatic renewal, your cancellation request must be received at least 7 calendar days before your renewal date. Cancellation requests received after renewal has been processed will be treated in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We will send you a renewal reminder email at least 14 days before your annual membership renews. This email will include your renewal date, the amount to be charged, and instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership in the following circumstances:
In the event of cancellation by us for reasons other than breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your membership period.
If you have cancelled your membership and wish to rejoin, you are welcome to purchase a new membership at any time at membership.bonsaiworld.org. A new Member ID will be issued.
